Creative Images Hair Studio

Creative Images Hair Studio was created by Carrie Robinson in January 2002 and began as a single chair Studio offering hair services to friends and family. As the years passed high quality products were researched and selected, techniques and services fine tuned to match the ever evolving trends in the industry. With each new client that came to The Studio, what became apparent was a lack of quality customer service in the general salon environment. With that discovery, the goal of exceptional customer service moved business forward and in 2009 Creative Images Hair Studio opened its doors at its new location to serve our clients with a more professional, relaxing and peaceful environment.
The Studio was designed to allow each client their privacy while their service is processing, enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, reading a few magazines or just relaxing by listening to the soft music that fills The Studio.
With an ever increasing demand for services The Studio is looking forward to a new chapter in its development with the addition of another hairstylist enabling us to serve you faster and more efficiently, but always with the same high standards our clientele has come to expect. Studio Guidelines

Cancellations - For our client’s benefit we ask that all cancellations are given with 24hrs notice. This ensures that those that are waiting for appointments will have the opportunity to be fit into an available time slot. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will be charged at a rate of $30/hour of time booked. Appointment Times – We respect our client’s valuable time; we want to be ready for your appointment exactly at the time it was originally scheduled. In order for us to accomplish this we request that clients arrive at the time their appointment was made for. Clients who are running late will unfortunately not be accommodated and will be charged according to the above cancellation rate. This ensures that the stylist’s next client will not have to wait due to the previous appointment running over.

Children - We work hard at keeping our Studio a quiet and relaxing environment for our clients. With this in mind we ask that children do not accompany you while you are having your services done and come only for their own scheduled appointment.

Wedding Services – A deposit will be required for large groups due to the amount of booking time required. Deposits are due at the time of booking and will be put towards services rendered on the day of the wedding.


Studio Staff

	Carrie Robinson Owner/Stylist, Makeup Artist carrie@creativeimageshairstudio.ca Carrie attended Twin City School of Hairstyling in Waterloo, On. During schooling she worked briefly in Kitchener and then moved on to work in Ingersoll where after graduation from school in 1999, she continued working. By 2000 she had completed her 2,000 hour apprenticeship and continued to work as a licensed hairstylist in Ingersoll. After the birth of her first child, Carrie decided salon ownership was the right career choice for her and with that in mind, in 2002 she opened Creative Images Hair Studio and has been making customer service a high priority ever since. In 2010 Carrie attended Glow Acadamy in Mississauga and completed training in Makeup Artistry with electives in both Bridal and Fashion Makeup. With 12 years experience as a stylist and 9 years as a salon owner, Carrie has worked in all aspects of hairstyling and is enjoying the addition of Makeup Artistry to her services.
	Danielle DeGraaf Junior Stylist (Level 2), Makeup Artist danielle@creativeimageshairstudio.ca Danielle graduated in June 2010 from the Festival School of Hairstyling in Stratford, On and is only a few months away from completing her 2000 hour apprenticeship at Creative Images Hair Studio. As she has in the past year, she is continuing her training in The Studio’s Stylist Development Program and working as a Junior Stylist. In November 2010 Danielle attended Glow Acadamy in Mississauga and completed training in Makeup Artistry with electives in both Bridal and Fashion Makeup. Most recently, Danielle planned and completed her first photoshoot for The Studio with great sucess. Danielle looks forward to meeting and working with new clients so please book your complimentary consultation and enjoy the advantages of the reduced prices our Junior Stylists offer while they are in training.
	Jen MaduroJunior Stylist (Level 1) jen@creativeimageshairstudio.ca Jen gained 2 years of salon experience by completing a high school co-op program here in Woodstock. She then moved on and graduated with honours in August 2011 from Fanshawe College's Hairstylist Program. Jen has now started her training in The Studio's Stylist Development Program and is working as a Junior Stylist. She is looking forward to meeting new clients and expanding her education to offer those clients the best services possible.
