The Studio’s stylists are divided into tiers. The tier system is not based on years of experience or education level alone, but also the Stylists consistant ability to deliver superior services to clients made evident by our clients requests for their services. Stylists who succeed in building a full clientele at their tier are rewarded for their excellent work by being advanced to the next tier. The Studio closely monitors this process to ensure that our Stylist’s abilities and dedication truly reflect the prices our clients pay for their services.

Studio Tiers:

Every Stylist must start somewhere! Becoming a great stylist takes time, energy, practice and strong leadership. All new stylists to Creative Images Hair Studio are put through the same Stylist Development Program regardless of their prior experience.

Junior Stylist – These stylists work closely with a mentoring stylist to make sure that the quality and customer service you’ve grown to expect is still given at every appointment. Level 1 Junior Stylists are new to the Studio and are working through our training program. They are eager to practise the skills they acquired in school as well as the specialized techniques they are currently learning in our Stylist Development Program. Level 2 Junior Stylists have been working with us a bit longer and are working to perfect the techniques learned in our Development Program. Clients can enjoy reduced prices when booking with a Junior Stylist in appreciation for working with a less experienced stylist and being part of their training process.

Stylist – these stylists have completed the Creative Images Hair Studio Stylist Development Program. They have consistently shown excellent technical work and customer service and are working at building a clientele. Clients can enjoy a fresh, eager and creative stylist as this level with the flexibility to book your appointments to suit your schedule.

Senior Stylist – through consistently excellent work these stylists, although still accepting new clientele, have established themselves in the industry and are working with a fairly full clientele. Clients can enjoy the benefits of a Stylist with more practical experience behind the chair and the more advanced technical knowledge that comes with it.

Master Stylist – these stylists have worked hard at building a solid clientele. When stylists move from the Senior Stylist tier to become Master Stylists, a few client positions become available. This makes room for any new clients seeking a very experienced and sought after stylist. At this level, clients can expect impeccable services.
